Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Bata account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes in their original Bata box and secure them within a shipping mailer, ensuring all original tags and invoices are included.

• 3.
  Drop Off or Pickup

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package at any authorized courier point or schedule a home pickup through our portal.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned footwear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
